We want you to love your Boden items, but if something isn't quite right, you can return your order within 90 days for a full refund. For items purchased during a sale, please ensure you return them within 14 days of receipt.

Locate the returns form included in your original parcel and mark the items you are returning along with the reason code.

Pack Your Items

Place the items and the completed return form back into the original packaging or a secure alternative, ensuring all tags are intact.

Attach the Label

Peel off the pre-paid returns label from your delivery note and affix it firmly to the outside of your package, covering any old labels.

Drop Off and Track

Take your parcel to a local post office or authorized drop-off point and keep your proof of postage until your refund is processed.
